Greenwich Medical Spa (GMS) is an industry leading, award winning medical spa providing non-invasive cosmetic treatments. GMS was established in 2005 with the unwavering mission to inspire confidence and empower our patients, employees and communities.
We are looking to hire a high-energy Full Time Call Center Coordinator to schedule initial consultations, procedures, confirm appointments, triage patient phone calls, and respond to all written patient inquiries. The ideal GMS Call Center Coordinator is well spoken, highly driven by providing a 5 star, white glove experience to our patients and will be knowledgeable in our treatments and services (we’ll teach you this part!).
