Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive online reputation.

• Copywriting Assistance : Support the content marketing strategy by assisting with copywriting tasks. This may involve writing engaging website pages, blog posts, and other promotional materials that effectively convey our brand messaging and attract our target audience.
• Design Updates : Collaborate with our design team to update ad templates with new content as needed. Ensure that our advertisements reflect the latest offerings, promotions, and messaging.

Requirements :

• A solid understanding of various social media platforms and their best practices for engagement and growth.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to adapt writing style to suit different channels and target audiences.
• Basic knowledge of copywriting principles and the ability to convey information in a compelling and persuasive manner.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and the ability to update ad templates using design software or tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while paying attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Previous experience or relevant education in digital marketing, social media management, copywriting, or graphic design is a plus.
