This position would be based at our Holland, MI location. • Recruit and source qualified candidates
• Coordinate hiring needs with hiring manager; create and update open positions
• Thrives in a high volume and fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates ability to develop candidate pipelines and maintain strong relationships.

• Passionate and energetic, enjoy working on numerous things at once and at a quick pace.
• Develop relationships with learning institutions within the GreenMark trade area and assisting with identifying high caliber prospects to add to our organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges, etc.
• Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
• Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

• Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
• BS/MS in Human Resources Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
