Wage: $80,000 – $100,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Directly manages accounting and administrative employees at all locations and leads all development activities.
• Performs complex accounting activities including account reconciliations, fixed asset entries, calculations of employee compensation plans, and monthly accruals.
• Records routine or recurring transactions, performs month end & year end closing processes and makes necessary corrections and/or adjusts to financials.

• Manages the preparation of all financial information included in income statements & balance sheets. Responsible to ensure information is accurate, timely and contains adequate internal controls.

• Represents the Accounting department as the point of contact for all internal and external questions and/or issues.

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• 4+ years’ experience in financial management or accounting
• Knowledge of financial principles required for budgeting and strategic planning
• Understands financial statements, cash flow, and key financial ratios
• Understands the integrated systems of internal control and the relationship to disclosure and financial reporting
• Proficient with accounting systems and in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting/Finance/Business discipline or equivalent experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
