Greenhill Manor Hiring for Receptionist Full Time

• Answering and directing telephone enquiries.
• Typing/word processing.
• General enquiries (day to day).
• Filing.
• Updating policy/procedures as directed.
• Maintenance and reconciliation of petty cash floats.
• Maintenance of adequate stationery and other stock requirements for office.
• Liaise with residents and relatives of facility.
• Taking and distributing of minutes.
• Distribution of mail, newsletters, activity sheets and memo’s.
• Provide secretarial assistance and support to Facility Manager.
• Liaise with residents, families, visitors, contractors and suppliers in connection with the administration of the business.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Figtree, Nsw 2525: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
