This is an exciting opportunity for you to be part of an L&D team in researching, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating engaging and impactful learning and development interventions and solutions.
Ideally you will have a background as a Deputy Manager/GM or Trainer within the hospitality industry and we will be looking for you to apply your experience in using modern approaches to creating high impactful learning and development interventions that make a difference.
You will need to hit the ground running and quickly build strong relationships, work closely with the wider L&D team and regional team to identify and ensure key learning and development objectives and outcomes are delivered.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring our licensees and their teams are able to deliver a fantastic customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with key stakeholders to proactively identify our partner learning needs, develop and deliver fit for purpose interventions against clear objectives and outcomes
Multi-skilled in content delivery from delivering welcome induction sessions to in pub bespoke training
Support the successful launch of our capex programme, and Hive Franchise concept by providing engaging on site pub team training resulting in successful launch and return on investment targets
Effectively and efficiently supporting our onboarding process by conducting a training needs analysis for new licensees and supporting their first 100 days journey
Agile in role with ability to support other regions when required
Lead key strategic projects and initiatives where required
Building and maintaining strong relationships with licensees and operational teams
Working with the wider L&D team for consistency of approach, to meet personal and team goals and objectives, working alongside an assigned regional team to support specific area needs
About you…
Confident in delivering training to groups up to 50 people in a classroom or pub environment
You will be comfortable in a varied role, with a customer first, problem solving, can do attitude
Work collaboratively with the wider L&D team / ODs/ OM’s /BDMs and PP support teams
Creative, well organised, with strong attention to detail
Responsible for data collection and accurate reporting
A clear communicator, both written and in person and able to engage with licensees and their teams
Have a passion for helping and motivating people to develop
Consistently deliver on commitments, despite challenging timescales and competing priorities
The role includes travel and working away from home on average two nights a week
Due to the frequent and wide-ranging national travel, a full UK driving license is required
Training for the role will be provided
