About Your New Role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Consultant to join our team for on a part-time basis, this role would suit someone from either an agency or internal background. We would also be open to applicants with strong administration experience and the desire to learn.

An incredibly rewarding and hands on role, that will work with qualified Vets and recent vet graduates across the country. You will support the Talent Acquisition Partners with sourcing, candidate management and administration related to Vet and Graduate Vet Recruitment.

We want our candidates to get a real insight into our warm, inclusive and incredibly motivating culture that supports their wellbeing in this incredible profession. Our Talent Acquisition team are responsible for the end to end clinical recruitment for our national Greencross Vets (GP) and our Animal referral hospitals.

Working closely with our regional clinical directors, areas managers and HR team you will work as part of our expanding Talent Acquisition team, where you will be tasked with pro-actively sourcing, identifying and introducing the world’s top Vets & Nurses to our business.

About Your Skills & Experience

• Sound experience phone screening, tracking applications, booking interviews and completing reference checks
• Ability to work to deadlines with the direction of your team and use your initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Prior experience in a recruitment administration role, we are open to applications from those with either agency or internal recruitment experience, so don’t let that discourage you from applying
• ATS experience (Job Adder preferred)
• LinkedIn recruiter & seek talent experience (preferred)
