Greencroft Communities Hiring for Healthcare Administrator at Goshen, IN Full Time

Greencroft Communities a faith based, non-profit senior housing community is seeking a Licensed Health Care Administrator for its Goshen, IN facility. The Healthcare Administrator will provide leadership, direction and oversight of the Healthcare services, including nursing and other support services in our traditional healthcare facility, in our short-term rehab facility, and in our small household living facility. Greencroft Goshen serves 1,150 residents in the full continuum of care from independent living to healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will oversee the healthcare operations at Greencroft Goshen.

Duties Include

• Serve as a member of the GG Management Group and share in overall management of the organization. Responsible in all matters to protect and uphold the reputation of Greencroft Communities (GC), Greencroft Goshen, Greencroft affiliates, and those served, being attentive to issues of confidentiality, public relations and long-term planning.
• Collaborate on corporate initiatives in total quality management. Ensure that “quality” is at its best, and that the care, privacy and dignity of the resident is respected in all activities and services. a. Develop policy and monitor activities on GC’s and Greencroft Goshen’s corporate compliance. b. Develop policy and monitor activities on GC’s and Greencroft Goshen’s quality.
• Establish goals for operations that are consistent with the philosophy of Greencroft Goshen. Assure the mission, vision and values of the organization are met.
• Immediately inform the Long-Term Care Division of the Indiana State Department of Health of unusual occurrences which directly threaten the welfare, safety, or health of the residents and inform VP of Operations as deemed appropriate.
• Is responsible for building and maintaining a cohesive team environment.

Job Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or related field required
• Licensed Health Facility Administrator in the State of IN
• Previous managerial experience required
• Five years or more of long-term care leadership experience is required.
