The Role

An exciting opportunity presents for a motivated, experienced, and skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team!

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to be part of a fast-paced internal TA team. In this role, you provide end-to-end talent attraction and selection support nationally in a variety of technical and non-technical roles. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will work closely with Greencap Hiring Managers to ensure we attract and retain high calibre, great fit candidates.

• Engaging with your internal clients (Hiring Managers) to build great relationships, understand recruitment requirements and deliver quality outcomes on a national level
• Taking meaningful recruitment briefs to target the right candidates
• Attracting awesome people by writing great ads, promoting via social media and actively participating in networking and meetup groups
• Coaching and advising hiring managers in attracting and selecting the best candidates
• Conducting reference checks, administering, and maintaining up to date records for reporting and performance metrics
• Promoting, administering, and interpreting psychometric testing to enhance screening and selection
• Collaborating closely with other HR team members throughout the recruitment process
• Proven success in building and engaging with quality talent pools, headhunting and passive search
• Learning about the interesting business Greencap operates amidst a period of exciting change

About You

As our successful candidate, you will be an experienced recruitment professional with diverse capabilities who is results-oriented and has a passion for service excellence, and continuous improvement. You will have hands-on experience in successfully managing a wide range of recruitment projects/jobs and will be able to demonstrate a customer-centric can-do attitude.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A background in agency and/or internal recruitment/talent/HR team
• A naturally curious disposition to understanding people’s motivations, skills and abilities
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, especially with technical hiring managers in digital, engineering, health and safety, property and environmental disciplines.
• Confidence in your ability to work with leaders of the business to engage the right candidate
• Strong organisational skills, persistence and time management coupled with a sense of urgency
• Ability to work autonomously on jobs vacancies across the country
