We are currently looking for a highly motived, disciplined Entry-Level Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team. This role would be responsible for leading a group of Sales Representatives as we scale our business.

Our head office in is Indianapolis, but we offer 100% remote roles across the US.

This role will lead and oversee the sales performance of their team.

Responsibilities:

· Training, coaching, ing and assisting team with all needs

· Communicate via phone, email and video calls with new and existing clients

· Lead and oversee sales performance of the team

· Attain the highest level of customer service

· Developing strong relationships with team members and clients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Outside Sales (Preferred)
• Experience in Customer Service (Preferred)
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Degree

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
