Green River Outreach for Wilderness Hiring for Cook at Boulder, Wyoming Full Time

We are looking for a cook for a group that we will host from 9/3-10/3. You would need to plan for a few days of prep and a few days of cleanup, so roughly 9/1-10/5.  The cook will be cooking for a small group of 11-13 students and faculty from a University that are staying at our camp. The cook would be responsible for preparing and serving breakfast and dinner and lunch is more of a packed/self serve sandwich bar.  Must be able to cook home style meals and be able to accommodate a vegetarian option too.  We have a small, homely kitchen that you will be in charge of keeping clean. Cook will communicate shopping lists with the director of camp, who will do the shopping. We are open to a collaborative menu making process or the director can make a menu. 

The cook has a private bedroom on site and will have access to internet and laundry. All meals are provided and we are offering a wage of $150 a day.  Weekends off (unless you would rather work additional days). We are located in Boulder, Wyoming, so you could easily spend the weekends hiking, camping, or fishing in the Wind River Mountains. The ranch that hosts Camp GROW, Mountain Springs Ranch, has trout ponds and a lake for canoeing and playing as well as many trails too.
