We are looking for a bright, intellectually curious individual that can optimize financial operations and analysis throughout the organization utilizing data analytics, process assessment, requirements gathering, NetSuite knowhow and Excel skills to get the business the data and insights it needs to drive success.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Providing Needed Data & Insights to Business

• Work with business to prioritize business/information needs
• Once needs are prioritized, gather/document solution requirements, and work with IT/Finance to identify proper solution resource
• This position will ultimately be the solution resource for a large number of prioritized needs

• Design and improve departmental portals/dashboards used for day-to-day operations and onboarding new employees.
• Run regular meetings with department teams to identify areas of improvement.
• Document current design and required modifications of business systems.
• Assist with ad hoc questions and data needs

Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Work with the team to create the monthly financial review deck presented to the BOD
• Assist in developing the annual financial budget
• Responsible for ensuring automated reports refresh accurately & are delivered timely
• Assist with pricing out sales opportunities
• Assist with ad hoc financial analysis

Qualifications Needed:

• Candidate should have a HIGH level of proficiency in Excel
• PowerPivot (data models), PowerQuery, DAX formulas, data tables, etc. are a big plus
• Experience with NetSuite and creation of semi-complex saved searches a big plus
• Previous experience with documenting business requirements a big plus
• Ability to work independently and self-motivated
• High emotional intelligence; can partner well with others
• Strong documentation and writing skills
• Must be able to work in fast paced environment
• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, business administration, business intelligence, or similar degree

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
