Our brand-new centre is set to open in Belgian Gardens in the coming months which will have a dedicated 30-place OSHC, with bus transfer from two local schools. We’re hoping to recruit passionate and like-minded individuals to join the team and take on the task!
In this role you will use your passion and enthusiasm for working with children, in helping to make work play, creating a sense of belonging for all, embracing differences, and creating opportunities for our team to choose their own adventure.
Day to day, you will be:
Someone with previous experience working in a OSHC or the childcare setting, with the ability to work split shifts of a Monday – Friday.

- Motivated to support the team in meeting our quality principles of curriculum and documentation
- Someone who has the experience in setting up, facilitating and setting down activities
- A team player who is collaborative and reflects upon best practice
- Valuing a mature and professional approach to everything you do
- Focussed on personal growth and quality improvement and how we can all constantly learn and grow
- Thinking about the pride that it takes for your room to be immaculately presented as a welcoming and safe environment.
You will have:
- An ACECQA approved early learning qualification
- A current Working with Children’s Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one.
- An open C Class driver’s license (Not required but highly regarded)
- A Police check with 6 months (Or Willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to drive transfer Bus and become a responsible person (Not essential)
