Law firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks a junior HRBP to join their organization. This person will primarily focus on supporting talent acquisition responsibilities as well as some HR support.
Prior experience in legal recruiting highly preferred.
Onsite M-F in NYC
Base 60K 80K plus bonus
Duties :
- Support the firm’s recruitment efforts including postings jobs and interviewing candidates
- Ensure firm policies and procedures are up to date
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Coordinate firm-wide events
- Update and maintain HR & TA databases
- Additional projects as assigned
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 1-4 years of HR experience, ideally in law or finance
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and MS office required
