Job DescriptionJob DescriptionLaw firm in Midtown Manhattan seeks a junior HRBP to join their organization.
This person will primarily focus on supporting talent acquisition responsibilities as well as some HR support.
Prior experience in legal recruiting highly preferred.
Onsite M-F in NYCBase 60K 80K plus bonusDuties : · Support the firm’s recruitment efforts including postings jobs and interviewing candidates· Ensure firm policies and procedures are up to date· Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits· Coordinate firm-wide events· Update and maintain HR & TA databases· Additional projects as assignedRequirements : · Bachelor’s degree is preferred· 1-4 years of HR experience, ideally in law or finance· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills· Ability to maintain confidentiality· Experience with LinkedIn recruiting and MS office required
