Office Assistant to the COO

It’s a lot more than an OM role. It has to be someone who comes out of a similar environment; understands the scope of the work involved.

25% fee-out to two other agencies

Salary : $80K – $130K (broad range DOE / qualifications)

College degree preferred, not required

JD below and attached.

Responsibilities include :

• Bill payment / recordkeeping via QuickBooks
• Assist with preparing / obtaining / recordkeeping of proper approval for investments
• Assist with preparing and submitting required documentation for investments and responding to follow-up requests for additional documentation
• Monitoring of cash balances
• Assist with the preparation of cash wires / transactions
• Maintain CRM database, ensuring information and documentation is properly uploaded and up-to-date
• Liaise with onshore / offshore Trustees, as required
• Liaise with service providers, vendors, landlord, etc., as required
• Assist with company benefit policies / vendors
• Assist with mailing / filing of annual tax payments
• Monitoring / ordering of office supplies
