This is a leadership role within a growing independent B2B agency working closely with the Managing Director to drive the agency’s creative product.

As a full-service agency we provide a thought-to-finish solution (strategy, creative, content, social, brand, digital, media, data & analytics, ABM). Our client list includes many blue-chip B2B brands.

The primary goal of this role is to lead Green Hat’s creative practice, inspiring great B2B work that delivers business breakthroughs for our clients.

• Lead the creative team to deliver outstanding creative solutions that challenges the B2B status quo.
• Mentor and inspire the creative team conducting regular reviews with team members, aligning their goals and aspirations with ours.
• Be Green Hat’s creative voice in the market.
• Work with the head of production to manage the quality control process for creative development and optimise the way of working.
