The successful candidate will have a background in customer service, good phone etiquette and the ability to deal with both technical issues and our customers’ needs. Responsibilities:

• Answer calls and emails from customers.
• Assist customers with their needs.
• Solve problems for customers.
• Negotiate a settlement with the customer to resolve the problem.
• Monitor the condition of vendors’ products and services.
• Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour
