Green Donation Consultants (GDC) is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join our team! Our Residential Sales Manager will be in charge of the day-to-day sales process closing inbound leads in addition to networking and building strong relationships with new and existing prospective lead sources. The Residential Sales Manager will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer, Office Administrator and Chief Operating Officer.

GDC is the largest personal property appraisal firm specializing in deconstruction. The deconstruction process involves the donation of building materials, appliances, and furniture to a qualified 501(c)3 nonprofit organization where the client is able to take a tax deduction for their donation as long as they submit an appraisal with their taxes. GDC coordinates this donation process with the deliverable being a qualified IRS compliant appraisal .

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell appraisal and cost basis services meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Create a strategic plan to prospect and contact potential new clients
• Create compelling sales pitches leveraging proven sales techniques
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced small business environment

​Qualifications:

• Previous sales experience with a proven track record of maintaining and increasing sales
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, communications or related field
• Ability to build rapport with clients with a commitment to customer service
• Strong negotiation skill set
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Salesforce, PandaDoc, Google Suite experience preferred
