About the role | Fixed Term Contract | March 2023

Due to significant growth, we have a unique and exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. Reporting the Talent Acquisition Partner and working with an experienced team, this position will contribute to the effective delivery of attraction, selection and retention strategies.

As a subject matter expert on all thing’s talent acquisition, this position is responsible for management of aligned to the achievement of the organisation’s people strategies.

Partnering with leaders across the organisation, including the Executive and Senior Management team you will build capability to improve business performance, including utilising contemporary sourcing methodologies and approaches, talent pipelines, and pooling to maximise every hiring opportunity.

Open to considering 4 days per week.

What we’re looking for

You will have high level customer service skills to ensure that a true value-add and partnering solution is offered through all end to end aspects of talent acquisition function. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the behaviours to effectively partner and influence business partners.

As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience within a fast paced, high volume Talent Acquisition or a generalist Human Resources position. You will have demonstrated coaching skills, and ability to influencing and negotiate decision makers.
