Your main responsibilities will be:
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative data support within the HR Operations function.
You will work to meet agreed SLAs to meet the needs of key stakeholders. This role offers a huge variety and offers the opportunity to be involved in a multitude of work, process improvements and projects.
Some of the areas you’ll be involved in are:
o Data ‘housekeeping’
ï‚§ Maintain the quality of data held on HR Systems through consistency and audit checks.
ï‚§ Carry out GDPR checks to ensure compliance and security of personal data.
o Reporting
ï‚§ Assist in the preparation of scheduled daily, weekly and periodic reports.
ï‚§ Generate reports using the HR System, Microsoft Office, SAP BI and Power BI.
ï‚§ Maintenance and support of the suite of current and future Power BI reports.
o Position/Establishment Data
ï‚§ Produce and distribute business wide org charts.
ï‚§ Working with the Finance department to maintain the position dataset.
o Systems work
ï‚§ Power Platform applications administrative support
ï‚§ Support the delivery of new HR Systems and upgrades
ï‚§ Manage support tickets raised with IT and suppliers
ï‚§ Monitor interfaces and data feeds between the HR system and other business applications. Works with vendors/HR Systems and Insight Manager, as needed, to escalate and resolve issues.
