Hours – 22.5hrs Per Week (3 days with Monday being set, other 2 days are negotiable)
We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter who thrives in a busy environment, is highly organised and motivated managing workload, is flexible to meet demand and makes proactive decisions to improve outcomes for the customer.
In this role you will be the expert lead on the full recruitment cycle from supporting the creation of adverts to booking starters onto induction. In addition you will have the opportunity to support the team in local and regional recruitment initiatives.
Previous experience in recruitment administration is desirable for this role, and the ideal candidate will have experience in and using systems such as NHS Jobs , Trac Jobs and ESR (Electronic Staff Record), however full training will be provided. You will work closely with recruiting managers and the Recruitment Leads and will build strong, effective working relationships with these stakeholders.

The post holder will usually be the initial point of contact with members of the general public interested in working for the Trust.
