As an experienced HR professional you will bring the following experience and strengths to the role: Reporting into the Head of HR and Wellbeing services and working alongside a team of Divisional HR BP colleagues, you will manage the activity of a small HR team to provide the Divisional service and will be responsible for a specific people work stream to enable delivery of the Trust People Strategy.
Leading workforce projects to ensure effective delivery in line with business strategic objectives to include workforce planning for services & coordinating organisational change management programmes
Effective senior management & partnership working to achieve positive outcomes in both delivery of service & influencing culture
Confident understanding & application of employment law with demonstrable experience of handling a range of employee relations issues & coaching and supporting managers to achieve positive outcomes with complex cases
Considerable experience working with management teams to achieve excellent compliance with people management & key performance indicators
Credibility as an HR lead, able to forge collaborative working & drive to deliver high impact outcomes & passion for supporting transformation to achieve business outcomes
Able to work consistently, at pace & with unfailing high levels of resilience in an evolving & pressurised environment sustaining the wellbeing of yourself & those around you.
