About the role…

As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are focused on delivering high quality, tactical and forward-thinking recruitment outcomes to your dedicated client groups across Great Southern Bank. You will partner with our People and Culture Managers, Advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure resource, skill and talent needs are being meet in line with our organisational strategy.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience, you will assist in the development and implementation of strategic projects and solutions to continually refine and improve both our service offering and our customer and candidate experience. You will be a key contributor to our People & Culture team and have the ability to influence across the broader Great Southern Bank business.

What we’re looking for…

• Demonstrated experience in either internal or agency recruitment
• Experience recruiting Technology, Risk of Finance roles is highly regarded
• Knowledge of assessment centres, recruitment and HR systems and practices, with experience in utilising psychometric tools to support recruitment outcomes
• Strong consulting, relationship management and influencing skills, with an excellent service orientation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to write emails, professional reports, summary documents and procedures
• Excellent prioritisation and organisation skills, demonstrated by managing multiple recruitment campaigns
• Demonstrated intermediate software skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS/Recruitment systems
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
