As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are focused on delivering high quality, tactical and forward-thinking recruitment outcomes to your dedicated client groups across Great Southern Bank. You will partner with our People and Culture Managers, Advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure resource, skill and talent needs are being meet in line with our organisational strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience, you will assist in the development and implementation of strategic projects and solutions to continually refine and improve both our service offering and our customer and candidate experience. You will be a key contributor to our People & Culture team and have the ability to influence across the broader Great Southern Bank business.
