Great Lessons is an online course provider for learners aged 6-16 all over the world. We are looking for qualified Montessori teachers in 3-6, 7-9 and 9-12, to create a teaching team who will offer ongoing online Montessori education to small groups of learners online. You will be a part of a team that develops and adapts the Montessori method to an online learning environment, teaching English, Maths and, with our full curriculum, Cultural subjects and follow ups for the Great Lessons (6-12).

Learners may possess the Montessori materials to use at home, or will be using printable or online alternatives or a mixture of both.

You may choose your own hours of work to fit in with the team, and how many hours you teach, which typically will be 4-40 hours a week.

Pay is calculated on a per learner basis, and for most classes, you will be paid weekly as an independent contractor. Bonus scheme also available.

This is a work-from-home opportunity for independent contractors who will be brought on to work for our organisation. We will have learners all over the world, and so you can choose which hours you want to work.

We also offer non-Montessori focused classes, and you will also have an option to teach these if you wish to do so.

We require all teachers to undergo our training and background checks before teaching commences on the platform. You must have a laptop with a decent internet connection and a suitable teaching space free from distractions to teach from.
