Summary

Lead Teachers are responsible for the general supervision and management of a group of children and planning and executing the educational program.

Duties

  • Plan activities in accordance with curriculum objectives
  • Supervise all activities to ensure safety at all times
  • Maintain daily open communication with parents about child’s progress
  • Maintain medical and attendance records
  • Complete bi-annual assessment of child’s development
  • Maintain a neat and organized classroom
