The Talent Acquisition Specialist at Grayce is a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team who has demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships, support other team members and work in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for attracting, identifying, and securing new talent for Grayce and supporting the junior members of the talent team. You should enjoy collaboration as you will partner with multiple stakeholders, from delivery managers to directors.

Key Role Responsibilities:

‍‍‍ Leadership and management

• Lead and own a specialist area of recruitment at Grayce (i.e. Recruitment strategy for a business solution; Change+, Data+, Tech+, candidate engagement, internal HQ recruitment, attraction strategy, Talent innovation).
• Accountable for ensuring requirements are clear for live assignments and ready for the talent team to work.
• Lead internal Pulse meetings
• Supporting the onboarding and training of new team members to the Talent and Resource Management team.
• Management of 1-2 junior team members and a point of escalation and continuous support to the broader Talent and Resource Management team.

Talent Attraction and Acquisition

• Develop strong knowledge and understanding of your specialist area, ensuring you’re a subject matter expert in the Talent and Resource Management team.
• Give regular updates and ensure visibility to the wider team on the talent pipeline in your specialist area.
• Keep up to date with talent attraction and sourcing tools and communicate recommendations to management
• Conduct interviews for candidates applying to Grayce and regularly check the quality of candidates coming through the process.
• Ability to share talent progress reports and insights as well as regular pipeline updates and communications to management.
