Schedule will be Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, (Thursday or Friday), and Saturday. Shift on M-F will start between 5AM and 7AM Pacific Time.

We’re looking for passionate customer-centric folks to join our Gravie Care Member & Provider service team . Primary responsibilities for this position include providing prompt and excellent service for our members and providers through inbound calls and emails during regular business hours of 8 am – 5 pm Central Time with potential extended hours during our busy season. Calls will be focused around all things health insurance as it relates to how a member leverages and utilizes their insurance plan. Examples could be, but not limited to: provider and prescription inquiries, benefits, claims, eligibility and billing.

Hourly pay is equivalent to 45000 per year.
