JOB SUMMARY:

To provide Division management with financial information, financial analysis and operational analysis that will aid in the decision-making process and to monitor controls that will safeguard Company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Assist with maintenance of an accurate and timely flow of accounting information for the division.

· Continually monitor financial transactions, researching and resolving unusual transactions that may occur.

· Determine that proper account classifications have been applied to income or expenditure transactions and advise others as to proper accounting procedures and account classifications.

2. Assist with month-end and year-end close and financial reporting for the division.

· Analyze accounts and reconcile detailed analyses to general ledger account balances.

· Regularly prepare reports required by others for analysis.

· Provide information to auditors, as requested.

3. Assist with planning process for the division, including long range plans, budgets and forecasts.

4. Control capital expenditure process, including capital planning, AR preparation and submission, and fixed asset records.

5. Division resource for explanation, analysis and corrections of system transactions.

6. Responsible for accts receivable invoicing, collections and payment processing.

7. Understand and monitor internal controls and recommend changes, as necessary.

· Continually look for ways to improve processes.

8. Assist with continuous improvement monitoring and project data, as required.

9. Back-up for Division Controller duties, as required.

10. Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

· Experience – Six+ years of relevant work experience, manufacturing environment preferred

· Education – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Finance/Accounting preferred); MBA, CPA or CMA preferred

· Technical – ERP system experience, SAP preferred; Intermediate/Advanced MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
