YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In this role you will working closely with the existing Talent Acquisition Team and partner with the business to deliver the complete recruitment life-cycle, in a professional services, management consulting environment which will see you:

• Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment of roles
• Leverage your well-developed resourcing/research skills to source and screen professionals to build talent pipelines for key roles
• Collaborate with the People and Culture team to understand changing business needs and identify talent requirements
• Use your customer centric approach to manage the engagement with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with writing job advertisements and ensuring they are consistently and correctly advertised
• Research and suggest new channels of advertising and actively seek out innovative ways of sourcing candidates
• Provide updates to the People and Culture team with relevant market information where appropriate

• Demonstrated success in a commercial recruitment environment (essential)
• Exposure to a combination of internal and external recruitment or RPO (desirable)
• Proven track record of delivering end to end recruitment solutions
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems (PageUp desirable)
• Demonstrated experience in building and managing talent pools
• Proven influencing and stakeholder management exposure
• Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
• Sense of humour – we enjoy our work and we take it seriously, but we keep things in perspective
