YOUR OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a talent acquisition advisor to join our team on a part-time/full time basis for a 6-month contract. You will join a collaborative, experienced and supportive team and focus predominately on the sourcing and hiring of talent for our consulting team.In this varied role you will:

• Coordinate the temporary/permanent recruitment process by Phone screening talent and assisting managers in shortlisting candidates
• Have a positive, proactive attitude and ability to work well as part of a terrific team
• Be self-motivated to deliver to our internal clients (hiring managers and stakeholders) and external clients (potential talent)
• Performing reference checks on preferred candidates.
• Creating talent pools
• Provide reports and updates to the Partners and Line Managers on temporary and permanent recruitment
• Proactively create, and maintain, talent pools and pipelines across the ATS PageUp and LinkedIn

• Maintain the data integrity of our ATS, and support the creation of detailed, accurate and insightful candidate and job reports

With a proactive and positive mindset, you like to provide timely solutions to recruitment needs and can demonstrate.

• Commercial recruitment and/or resourcing experience
• A combination of internal and external recruitment, or RPO exposure
• ATS administration/management experience (We use PageUp)
• Demonstrated experience in building relationships with, and influencing, key stakeholders
• A focus on consistent and clear communications with prospective candidates
• Compliance management for a thorough recruitment process
• An ability to prioritise quickly, and adapt to changing stakeholder needs
• A passion for people and customer service
• An ability to work autonomously and take initiative
