THE ROLE

As a representative of the Sales Team, this customer service position serves as an Account Coordinator to engage and build relationships with customers. Responsibilities include:

• Manage, place and track orders through delivery of products and services
• Engage and build relationship to add and retain customers
• Manage and resolve customer issues; monitor and/or conduct follow-up to ensure outstanding customer service
• Verify and add leads to the database
• Cross-sell and up-sell current customers by identifying products and programs to meet customer needs.
• Provide service and production information to customers.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of products and services
