Grandmother’s Bake Shoppe Hiring for Packaging Supervisor at Toronto, ON Full Time

Our Bakery has been delighting Canadians with our classic handmade tarts since 1989. We are passionate about the quality of our tarts, which are carefully made using only the best ingredients.

We are looking for a Full Time Packaging Supervisor (Monday to Friday)

Packaging and supervisory experience required

Provide leadership by example using a hands-on approach

Strong communicator who inspires and motivates the team

Excellent mathematical and written skills

Ability to muti-task and work in a fast-paced production environment

Should be comfortable operating packaging equipment

Participate in and support Health & Safety and Food Safety programs

Responsible for training employees and ensuring good manufacturing practices are followed at all times

Good understanding of sanitation (preferably in a food manufacturing environment)

Minimum 2 years in a manufacturing environment required
