Job Description

We are looking for an individual to help with maintaining our WordPress website, Social Media upkeep, Online activity & other company duties.

Core Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate projects with other departments (e.g. design, development, marketing)
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g. design, development, marketing)
• Manage the flow of information between departments
• Design websites and develop content for our company’s website
• Design websites for other companies in order to increase brand awareness
• Manage social media accounts in order to ensure posts are posted in a timely manner and in line with company guidelines
• Ensure that all internal communication is clear and concise for all team members
• Monitor internal communication on social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Google Drive in order to ensure consistency across the organization
• Develop internal documents such as policies and procedures, training materials, etc.

Skills & Qualifications
·Proven experience as Web Manager or similar role (2-3 years)
·Excellent knowledge of website management (e.g., SEO) and SEO best practices
·Proficiency in MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) along with Google Drive experience
·Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong organizational skills
·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $25.00 per hour
