SUMMARY
Responsible for superior guest services in the reservations department, reservation accuracy, modifications and refunds of all advanced resort sales. The primary focus of the Supervisor is to work closely with Director of Sales, Lodging & Guest Services to seek increased revenue opportunities and strategies. A key part of every employee’s job is to serve as a Targhee Ambassador, engaging the guest at every opportunity.

A Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Hospitality or Sales preferred, or two years related experience and/or training.
Excellent communication skills and guest service mentality required. Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently, as well as with team members. Basic computer skills in Word and intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required.
