The Graham Healthcare Group is looking for a Remote Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist that will be responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates with specialized skills to fill current or future vacancies. This role will primarily interact and engage with potential candidates personally or online. This is a remote position.

Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the recruiter and hiring manager to define candidate personas
• Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels
• Drafts and sends out recruiting emails to potential candidates
• Promotes our Employer Brand when reaching out to candidates on various platforms by generating interest in the company’s vacancies
• Builds and maintains talent pool to meet the company’s future hiring needs with both passive and active candidates
• Tracking and reporting on pre-defined sourcing metrics
• Assesses data from analytics and implements improvements to our lead-generation programs. Integrates recommendations as we continuously improve our outreach efforts. Continually monitors, analyzes, and optimizes campaigns
• Maintains presence on social media and in professional networks to enhance visibility and interact with potential candidates
• On-site and virtual events support

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Communications preferred
• A minimum of one year experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.
• Strong knowledge of and experience using various sourcing channels, sourcing tools and technology
