Dear Candidate we have opening Customer Service: International Voice Process

Experience or fresher Both required

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers in international markets, following established scripts and processes.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.

Active Listening.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and ability to navigate through different software applications.

Qualification: 10+2 can apply

Working Mode: Work from Office

Salary: Up to 4 LPA+ Huge incentive.
