Our client, a global leader within their market, is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join their established team in London. The role will be focussed on attracting the best talent globally and across all levels from entry graduate level through to Senior Leadership positions. You will be responsible for supporting and assisting in executing a best-on-class recruitment strategy and selection approach, which reflects the company’s culture and values.
Taking full ownership for the recruitment life-cycle activity for cross functional roles, you will be screening and presenting qualified candidates to the business, whilst utilising their ATS to update candidates’ profiles and progress. Throughout the screening process you will ensure all processes adhere to the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion and ensure a positive candidate experience. All candidates will be sourced through job boards and LinkedIn and you will facilitate the smooth running of interview days, including scheduling, selecting interviewers and candidate debriefs. It will be essential to build strong relationships with key holders across the business, both with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. There will be the opportunity to suggest improvements to the recruitment process and support on project work on an ad-hoc basis.
Of graduate calibre you will have comprehensive experience in talent acquisition, demonstrate superb people and client service skills and thrive working in a fast-paced and ever changing business. High levels of energy will be essential and the ability to manage a high-volume recruiting cycle.
