GradePower Learning of Austin is looking for a dynamic and motivated Education Director to take on the important and fulfilling responsibility of helping kids and their families find their way to a better school future.

GradePower Learning programs impart new approaches to learning, designed to last a lifetime. We teach children from pre-school to secondary levels how to learn, concentrate, listen, remember, and most importantly, to believe in themselves as they reach their academic dreams.

Our Education Director is an integral part of a team that helps students achieve academic success.

What will you do? As the Education Director, you would participate in the center’s operations, including:

• Helping parents discover GradePower Learning and inform them about our programs
• Building relationships with parents and the local schools
• Creating a fun and energetic learning environment on a daily basis
• Effectively mastering the GradePower Learning Teaching philosophy as well as coaching other teaching members of the team
• Promoting and participating in all aspects of the GradePower Learning business
• Setting up and administering our Dynamic Assessments
• Programming and overseeing student programs
• Maintaining communication with parents and meeting with them to discuss their children’s progress
