Position : Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location : Melbourne, FL area (no relocation assistance)

commutable from Cocoa Beach, Melbourne, Rockledge, Titusville, etc.)

Description : The Recruiter will be responsible for all phases of the recruitment process to meet hiring goals in a heavy industrial manufacturing plant environment.

Position will be responsible for working closely with plant and department leaders to fill current vacancies, as well as developing relationships in / around the local community in an effort to create a pipeline for future hiring needs.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of Associates Degree preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of recruiting / talent acquisition experience REQUIRED
• Experience recruiting for a manufacturing organization HIGHLY DESIRED
• Must have strong communication skills – both verbal and written
• Stable employment history
• Must be authorized for working in the U.S. without visa sponsorship or transfer (no visas will be sponsored or transferred for this position)

Salary will be commensurate with education / experience. We are currently focusing our sights on candidates whose experience will command around $60K-$65K.
