GPW Recruitment Looking for Civil Project Manager at Runcorn, Cheshire Full Time

We are looking for a Civil Project Manager to work on a permanent basis in the Runcorn area.

You will also be travelling to sites mainly across the NW areas.

Salary is c£50-54,000 per annum plus 25 days holiday and bank holidays, pension etc

• Oversee the construction delivery of major projects
• Manage subcontractors and service suppliers
• Develop and drive the delivery of construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, and managing quality
• Work closely with all key stakeholders both internally and externally
• Manage Full turnkey Project Solutions.
• Actively promote environmental awareness/considerations and sustainability through the project delivery cycle
• Ensure high levels of Health & Safety at all times, working closely with the HSQE team
• Customer/delivery focused with ability to develop and maintain positive and interactive project relationships
• Demonstrated active and innovative approach to problem solving and identifying solutions thinking, accountability, and adaptability skills.
• Overall responsibility for ensuring the safe delivery of a project to time, cost and quality targets ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory process requirements with responsibility for leading the project to a successful conclusion
