Responsibilities

• Operate the recruitment cycle for our in house and partner roles from “beginning to end” including screening and interview calls
• Head hunting and sourcing candidates via Linkedin and other recruitment boards/tools
• Creating job descriptions
• Carrying out salary benchmarking for new roles
• Managing current vacancies through our ATS
• Working closely with both HR and the wider company to understand our recruitment needs
• Supporting the Head of Talent with recruitment reporting and strategic planning
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Supporting HR with onboarding, as and when required

Essential requirements

• Previous experience working in internal or agency recruitment
• Experience working within healthcare recruitment (desirable) or in depth knowledge of the primary care market
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to work independently
• A team player that is able to collaborate with the wider team and understand business demands
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• Confident and capable of carrying out screening calls
• Adaptable/capable of working under pressure in a mixed pace environment
