Job Description

This is a unique opportunity for a leadership position with a well established MEP engineering consulting firm that is looking to expand and open new offices throughout the US.

We are seeking a motivated leader to direct our MEPT team’s growth and development efforts, and who has a book of business / clientele that can hit the ground running in driving revenue for new office.

This is a Principal-track position with potential ownership and profit sharing opportunities within the first several years.

Responsibilities & Expectations :

• Ability to generate revenue (has a current set of clients that would work with them at new office)
• Ability to lead a new office and develop a team (with assistance).
• Ability to supervise and mentor developing leaders.
• Has frequent interaction with clients and industry peers.
• Desire to have major responsibility within the company.
• Some community involvement (industry groups, chamber of commerce, Rotary, etc.)

Experience :

• 8+ years of consulting engineering experience
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, or Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE)
• Experienced in business development and revenue generating roles.
• History of leadership roles such as a project manager, team lead, department supervisor, mentor, etc.

Preferred Locations (but not limited)

• Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
• Topeka, Kansas
• Texas (Any major city or nearby city)
• Florida (Panhandle or Gulf Coast)
• Anywhere out West (CO, NM, CA, ID, WA, NV, UT)

Compensation $125,000 – $175,000 depending on market location and experience.
