Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics coordination, including shipping, transportation, and inventory management
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the timely delivery of goods and materials
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays that may arise
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipping documents, and related s

Essential Job Functions :

• Coordinate logistics operations to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products
• Manage transportation vendors and negotiate competitive rates
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
• Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Skills :

• 5+ years of experience in logistics coordinating or a related field
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in using logistics software and tools
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
