We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Office Administrator based out of our Head Office located in Toronto, Ontario.

The successfully candidate will be responsible for performing such duties and responsibilities which may be assigned to you from time to time by your manager which would include but not limited to:

• Provide a friendly welcome to office guests.
• Responsible for all incoming calls to the Corporate main telephone line.
• Organize and coordinate the office work schedules for Head Office and provide weekly attendance reports.
• Book all travel arrangements including accommodations for the CEO and Senior Leadership team.
• Assist with conducting new hire office orientation.
• Work with Health & Safety- conduct office emergency orientation, first aid contact and identifying the muster point.
• Coordinate with IT (phone, laptop) for new employee hardware and software set up.
• Organize and coordinate the office maintenance with the building management.
• Collect, time stamp, and distribute all incoming mail including expediting and receiving all courier packages.
• Organize and maintain office supplies and kitchen supplies and remain on budget.
• Arrange parking permits as required for employee or guests.
• Be an active member of the Social Committee on all corporate events throughout the year.
• Some administrative duties may be assigned.

• Two to five years and administration/office experience.
• A university degree or college diploma in business or public administration considered an asset.
• Initiative and a professional attitude.
• Communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer keyboarding skills.
• Problem-solving skills.

The base hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on the business needs.
