About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will source exceptional candidates for our centres and services and support and mentor hiring managers to embed recruitment best practice across the business. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle by taking the job brief, placing adverts, screening candidates, conducting pre-employment and compliance checks, managing salary negotiations and issuing employment contracts
• Devising and implementing creative sourcing strategies and partnering with our Marketing team to proactively attract top talent and generate a talent pipeline
• Coordinating onboarding and induction activities for our new people
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and providing a premium customer experience to candidates and managers
• Coaching hiring managers regarding recruitment matters and providing advice on the interpretation of awards, agreements, and employment contracts
• Collecting and sharing key recruitment statistics and insights to guide the organisation to continue to improve candidate attraction and conversion strategies

About You:

We are looking for a committed and tenacious experienced recruiter who is aligned to our organisational purpose and vision. You will have:

• Prior experience managing a high-volume recruitment portfolio (40+ roles)
• Demonstrated experience in implementing creative sourcing strategies and proactive recruitment activities to fill difficult roles including utilising Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, hosting career fair stalls and other related marketing initiatives
• Experience recruiting for regional areas is highly advantageous
• Generalist HR experience or a qualification in Human Resources is highly desirable
