If so – we currently have 2 positions within our Talent Acquisition team:

• Talent Acquisition Advisor (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

• Talent Acquisition Advisor (Permanent)

In these fast-paced and varied roles, you’ll:

• Ensure that all candidates receive an excellent recruitment and pre-boarding experience.
• Identify relevant external platforms to promote GTR brand and career opportunities to attract diverse talent through direct sourcing and using external advertising platforms
• Support the building of a pipeline of diverse talent across all roles to support Diversity & Inclusion recruitment strategy.
• Provide real time D&I & Gender data to track progress and identify trends to improve recruitment approaches and channels
• Advise/Influence managers on the most effective attraction and selection strategies to ensure diverse applications for their vacancies and support in their delivery.
