If so – we’re looking for an organised, innovative and solutions focused Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our friendly Talent Acquisition team.

The purpose of the role is to support and deputise for the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be an energetic and self-starting individual. You will manage and implement key recruitment workstreams including leading on the attraction piece for the Diversity and Inclusion agenda and sourcing new talent streams to bring in new capability and to further enhance the recruitment service provided. You will also focus on day to day recruitment activities and be an escalation point for queries.

Working with a range of key stakeholders you will have the ability to advise and coach managers on best practice in terms of assessment strategies and tools to ensure we are maximising the recruitment process and hiring the best talent, in terms of diversity and capability. Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a team of people and build their talent and capability is also critical to the success of this role.

You will use insight to continuously develop our approaches and you will enable a culture change through the work you do.
