About the Opportunity

The Department of Treasury and Finance has established the central Procurement Services SA group to assist government Departments in delivering better outcomes for the diverse communities of South Australia.

The Education and Training Officer is a member of the Policy and Capability team and is responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining a comprehensive across-government capability strategy focusing on procurement and contract management.

This includes designing high quality training programs and materials that are fit for purpose based on capability gaps and emerging issues and suitable to a broad range of audiences.

You will have experience working in the vocational training administration sector and in using information technology as an efficient and effective learning management tool.

This role is based in the city, and the successful candidate will be provided with flexible working arrangements including the ability to work from home.

Special Conditions:

• Some out of hours work may be required.
• Intrastate and interstate travel may be required.
• Incumbents must hold current Australian work eligibility status
• The incumbent will be required to participate in the Departmental Performance Management Program.
• The incumbent may be required to be assigned to other positions at the same remuneration level across the department.
• Location: Wakefield House, Wakefield Street, ADELAIDE.

Remuneration:

Administrative Services Officer, Level 5 (ASO5 $80,830 – $89,897 p.a.)
