The Ministry of Highways, North Battleford District Operations, is seeking a District Office Coordinator for a 9 month term located in North Battleford. ing to the District Operations Manager, you will compile and monitor expenditures for budget and forecasting purposes, process accounts payable and receivable and use databases to compile and compose maintenance and management information.

You will create documents, forms and s using various software applications. You will also provide assistance to computer users with application problems, as well as provide advice on human resource policies and entitlements, order supplies and maintain the District Office filing system.

Typically, the qualifications for this position, would be obtained through a diploma in office education or office administration, and/or several years of relevant experience.

Hours of Work: C – SGEU Regulated 37.33 – one day off every three weeks
